The hazard

Issue: On a small number of motorhomes, the exterior ladder may not be installed correctly. As a result, the ladder could separate if you use it. Safety Risk: A ladder that detaches could create a risk of injury. Corrective Actions: Thor Motor Coach will notify owners by mail and instruct you to bring your motorhome to a dealer to inspect the exterior ladder. It will be reinforced or relocated, as necessary. To minimize the safety risk, Thor Motor Coach recommends that you should not use the ladder until the recall repairs have been completed.
